Beyond a price tag
There’s a lot of talk about “cheap SEO” being bad and expensive agencies being the best. But the truth is, it’s not that simple. I’ve seen plenty of valid points on both sides.
Here’s the catch: expensive doesn’t guarantee quality. Just because an agency charges a premium doesn’t mean they deliver results and it doesn’t mean because they charge cheap means they would do a bad job either.
It’s way more nuanced.
Price isn’t the best indicator. Every agency has its own costs and factors that influence their fees.
So what’s important? finding an agency that delivers results, not just a price tag. Look for proven success stories, clear communication, and a focus on your specific needs.
These can be picked up during the “discovery call”. It also helps to know a little bit of a good SEO campaign looks like.
Quality service can be rendered at different price points, bearing in mind a minimum level of quality.
One important piece often overlooked in these conversations is by whose standards “cheap” and “expensive” defined? Bearing in mind that SEO monthly fees could range from $1000 to north of $10,000.
