Investing in Our Communities With Local SEO
One of the several things I learned while growing up was that not everyone around you has the same opportunities as you. When you can help, do so not because you expect anything in return, but because you are in a position to assist.
This has stuck with me throughout the years, and I want to use my skills to make a positive impact.
This series is about how I do just that – using local SEO to help businesses that need more customers and cannot afford to invest in SEO. In many cases, these businesses are the backbone of our communities, the ones with mouths to feed and bills to pay.
Now you might be wondering what “Pro Bono Local SEO” means. According to me (Nelson), this means using my skills as a local SEO specialist to help local businesses.
Specifically, local businesses that lack the resources to invest in SEO. For me,It’s about giving back my skills and knowledge to help local businesses succeed.
In this series, I’d be showcasing how even basic local SEO strategies can have a significant impact.
If any other SEOs out there are passionate about giving back, I’d love to hear your stories too! Share your experiences with helping local businesses and let’s inspire each other to make a difference in our communities.
Yeah, there might be questions about how long I remain with each business I help.
The truth is, I have no idea and am also open to other ideas as I’ll figure it out as time goes on.
